Ellie can stand her ground in a technical environment and feels at home. Partly due to her experience in the field of maintenance and operational management at KLM, she is used to making sound analyses based on data, facts and proven techniques. She does not shy away from a complex challenge, but receives it with enthusiasm! Because of this enthusiasm and her knowledge, she knows how to successfully lead and manage teams and individuals. Ellie is also socially and communicatively strong, giving her the skills (and experience) to successfully guide larger teams. Her organizational improvement proposals for our clients are based on practical experience and a thorough analysis of the available data. This combination is characteristic of her working method.
