De gemeente Zoetermeer, op weg naar professioneel beheer

De gemeente Zoetermeer is eigenaar en beheerder van hun asset areaal. Begin december 2022 werd de Nelson Mandelabrug acuut afgesloten. Voor de rol van Compris betekende dit dat deze verschoof van gedelegeerd assetmanager naar risicomanager.

APMT Maasvlakte II: improving customer performance

Compris was asked to improve performance of the cranes and facilitating faster cycle times of the deep-sea quay cranes. Through the use of SCRUM techniques, Compris managed to improve the asset effectiveness and the deep sea quay cranes are now capable of transferring more containers per hour.

Tender management and maintenance tunnels for the municipality of The Hague

Compris was involved in the creation of the tender for tunnel-specific maintenance works since March 2018. This practical case involves the tender for the Hubertus Tunnel, which has been in operation since 2008.

HTM transports nearly 100 million passengers a year. The company has a nice challenge in the management and maintenance of rolling stock and infrastructure for operations. APM Terminals (APMT) offers fast and reliable container handling on Maasvlakte II via deep sea, rail, inland waterway and road transport. Construction of this fully automated terminal started in 2012. Compris developed the service 'acceptance testing' for APMT. The result is better performance of the assets, for now and in the future.

Clear agreements for optimal service at Schiphol

The Asset Management (ASM) department within Schiphol is responsible for the management and maintenance of assets in the terminals. In order to maintain these assets, agreements need to be made with users. By using Compris, ASM knows which priority and performance is required by the different service providers. This allows them to provide their customers with optimal service.

Continuous improvement with lean methods at Gasunie

Gasunie provides gas transport for a quarter of total gas consumption in the EU. Since 2015, Compris has played a role in the 3rd line of defense, namely performing operational audits. Optimal deployment of assets with SAMP at HTM

On July 7, 2016, Metropoolregio Rotterdam Den Haag (MRDH) awarded the streetcar concession to HTM. This means that HTM may once again provide streetcar transportation in the Haaglanden region during the period 2016-2026. To carry out the maintenance of these assets according to the ISO55000 standard, HTM asked Compris to deliver a Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP).
