Who are we looking for?

For one of our clients in North Holland we are looking for a Technical Information Specialist. Do you like to create structure and do you enjoy sorting out and analyzing technical information, do Excel and SAP hold no secrets for you? DThen we are looking for you!

What will you do?

Translating the available technical information of assets into SAP structures for the PM, DMS and MM modules. Also reviewing and having technical drawings and documents processed, with the aim of ensuring that they are properly secured in the SAP system.

• - Administratively set up new and/or modify existing structure in SAP PM, -DMS and -MM;
• - If necessary, having old management information removed;
• - Reviewing and selecting drawings and maintenance documentation to be secured;
• - Providing drawings and maintenance documentation for interfacing with SAP PM;
• - Getting new drawings, calculations and maintenance information secured in SAP DMS;
• - Ensure item information is linked to SAP structures.

What else are we looking for?

• - At least a completed MBO-3 education preferably in a technical field .
• - Knowledge related to reading technical documents and drawings, PI&D etc;
• - Knowledge of asset decompositions;
• - Knowledge of MS Office and DMS software;
• - Knowledge of CMMS tool SAP (modules PM, DMS and MM);
• - Good command of Dutch and English language;
• - Skills: proactive, communication skills, accurate.
