What will you do?

As a Training Consultant, you will be involved in ongoing projects where education, training and instruction are part of the scope. The work is multi-faceted and mainly focuses on the aspects of designing, producing and implementing user training. This takes the form of preparing instruction sheets, designing and adapting e-learning, and conducting classroom training. Analyzing, describing, (re)designing maintenance processes are other activities you will be involved in.

What are we looking for?

• - Minimum completed MBO or bachelors degree;
• - You have 1-5 years of work experience;
• - You have an affinity for asset management;
• - You are customer-oriented and communicative, a team player;
• - You are a process thinker, you are analytical and can work accurately and precisely;
• - You are willing to travel occasionally, the premise is that work is sometimes performed at the customer's site;
• - You don't have a 9 to 5 mentality and you are curious;
• - Experience with Layout and Design applications (including PhotoShop, Captivate, Lectora) is a plus;
• - Good command of Dutch and English language in word and writing.
